God-Level Monster?

Lu Li had nodded at Genos's suggestion because he wanted the Hero Association to make a token effort to evacuate the civilians. Who would have thought they would come charging in for a decisive battle as though they carried the fate of the Earth on their shoulders?

Mainly because Lu Li had not been in this world for long, and because his own strength was relatively overwhelming, he had no real sense of what Dragon-Level monsters represented.
