Lu Li killed the Monster King and descended into the Monster Association’s underground laboratory to find its true leader. He confronted Psykos in a safe room, where she tried to pass herself off as a kidnapped civilian.

Lu Li met Blast, who warned that Garou might have gained God's power and that the Ninja Village's founder, Void, had escaped. Void attacked, but Lu Li killed and revived him, freeing him from God's control before a dangerous new presence began withering the forest.
