"Is it here... Oh!"
A clanging crash came from the pitch-black alley. Two metallic tin arms gripped the corner of a wall as Fiore appeared above Kaijiri Shishigami.
"Then there's no need for introductions, is there?" Kaijiri Shishigami casually tossed aside a half-smoked cigarette. His taste in cigarettes happened to match Touko Aozaki's; they both liked that Taiwanese brand, "Longyan."
However, he was not smoking that obscure brand at the moment. Perhaps he had thrown it away halfway through because it did not taste good.
"Indeed, I assume we both know each other's names," Fiore said with a smile. "But may I give you a warning?"
"Be my guest!"
Kaijiri Shishigami wore an amused smile. He wanted to see exactly what this gifted young woman, Darnic's designated next head of the Yugdomirenia family and a master of spirit evocation and Link Magic, had to say.
"Leave, necromancer! This is all land belonging to our Thousandth Tree Yugdomirenia. We can overlook your trespassing, but if you ignore this warning, you will pay for your foolishness with your life!" Fiore's smile vanished, replaced by a measure of seriousness.
"You think I'll listen?" Kaijiri Shishigami felt... well... how should he put it? Rather disappointed.
He had thought this genius named Fiore would offer some brilliant insight. It seemed he had expected too much.
Naive. Far too naive!
Once one decided to become a magus, warnings belonged in the trash. Kaijiri Shishigami had received more warnings than Fiore had seen magi, yet he was still standing here.
"No. It's just that if I don't declare it, I can't make up my mind." After giving her warning, Fiore's radiant smile returned.
Just as Shirou had told Caules, Fiore was simply too kind. That excessive kindness prevented her from making the right decisions with cold detachment.
