Jiang Ming helped Shrek Academy celebrate Sea God’s Fate, tested the Inner Court students, and escorted them into the Star Dou Great Forest for Soul Rings. He entered the Core Zone alone to challenge Di Tian, but his battle with Xiong Jun drew in the other powerful Soul Beasts and awakened Di Tian.

• Zhang Lexuan defeated Ma Xiaotao and Ling Luochen in Sea God’s Fate, and Mu En used the Golden Ancient Tree to bless the students before revealing his return and proposing Jiang Ming as Honorary Master.
• The Sea God Pavilion admitted Zhang Lexuan and named Ma Xiaotao, Ling Luochen, Han Ruoruo, and Huo Yuhao as candidates, while Jiang Ming and Zhang Lexuan agreed to escort Inner Court students to the Star Dou Great Forest.
• Jiang Ming and Zhang Lexuan spent the night together, then Jiang Ming sparred with seventy-six Inner Court students under strict limits and defeated them without using his Martial Soul.
• The group set out for the Star Dou Great Forest, where Wang Qiuer revealed her Golden Dragon Martial Soul and Jiang Ming helped students obtain Soul Rings while collecting unfamiliar Soul Beasts for his Small World.
• Jiang Ming stopped the Black Armored Giant Rhinoceros when it charged at Wang Qiuer, then trained the students to fight nearby Soul Beasts without killing them.
• Jiang Ming left Zhang Lexuan in charge and entered the Core Zone alone, where he refused Bi Ji’s demand to leave and revealed his strength while challenging Di Tian.
• Xiong Jun attacked Jiang Ming, and their escalating battle drew in Ten Thousand Monster King, Chi Wang, and Zi Ji, while Jiang Ming restrained them and continued fighting Xiong Jun.
• Bi Ji awakened Di Tian, who sensed the battle and flew out of the Lake of Life.

Jiang Ming survived Di Tian’s attack, returned to Shrek, and arranged cooperation with the Body Sect as the Sun Moon Empire’s tournament scheme loomed. His visit to the sect brought him a spar with Long Aotian and an offer of the Body Sect’s treasured manual.

• Jiang Ming escaped Di Tian after using a Rank 9 Fixed Soul Cannonball to weaken the Dragon King Claw, then recovered from his injuries and returned to Shrek.
• Jiang Ming and Zhang Lexuan’s group defeated three Evil Soul Masters, rescued a Dark Gold Dreadclaw Bear family, and helped Huo Yuhao obtain a suitable Soul Ring.
• At Shrek, Jiang Ming negotiated a Body Martial Soul division with Du Busi and warned that the Sun Moon Empire might use the tournament to trap the factions and start a war.
• Jiang Ming recovered, agreed to visit the Body Sect with Zhang Lexuan, and accepted Wang Qiuer as his nominal disciple.
• Du Busi led Jiang Ming, Zhang Lexuan, and Wang Qiuer to the Body Sect, where Jiang Ming met its disciples and learned about Long Aotian’s strength and Second Awakening.
• Jiang Ming sparred with Long Aotian without releasing his Martial Soul, and Long Aotian later offered him the position of the Sect Master’s successor.
• Du Busi lent Jiang Ming the Secret of the Body, explaining that it contained the sect’s knowledge of Body Martial Souls and was intended for the next Sect Master.

Jiang Ming warned the Body Sect and Shrek Academy that the Sun Moon Empire could use the tournament to prepare for war, then led Shrek’s team to Radiant City. After rescuing Tang Ya from the Holy Spirit Cult, he joined forces with Xu Jiu Jiu and killed Scorpion Tiger Douluo Zhang Peng, leaving the tournament’s danger unresolved.

• Jiang Ming warned Du Busi that the Sun Moon Empire’s strength and tournament plans posed a threat, sparred with the Body Sect’s elders, and urged Du Busi to seek a breakthrough to Limit Douluo.
• Jiang Ming studied the Secret of the Body, trained Wang Qiuer in Ruler of the World, and briefed Shrek’s Elders on his concerns before the team departed for Radiant City.
• Jiang Ming’s group met Huo Yuhao’s Tang Sect team and the Heaven Armor Sect on the road, then entered Radiant City as Xu Tianran and Jing Hongchen planned to use the tournament against Shrek Academy.
• Jiang Ming restrained Tang Ya when she appeared under the Holy Spirit Cult’s control, refused Zhang Peng’s demand to release her, and promised Bei Bei that he could gradually purify her.
• Jiang Ming told Xu Jiu Jiu about the Holy Spirit Cult’s strength, and she and Grandma Manyi agreed to help him confront the cult.
• The Holy Spirit Cult’s shadow-wielding ally abducted Tang Ya from the Tang Sect’s room, while Jiang Ming trapped Scorpion Tiger Douluo Zhang Peng in the God of War Domain and killed him with Ruler of the World.

Jiang Ming battled the Holy Spirit Cult, guarded Shrek and the Tang Sect through the tournament, and worked to undermine the Sun Moon Empire’s preparations for war. The arc left him publicly confronting the tournament officials after Zhou Hao’s fatal attack on Wang Dong’er and demanding compensation under Long Xiaoyao’s watch.

• Jiang Ming and his allies attacked Zhongli Wu, but Long Xiaoyao and another Limit Douluo intervened before Jiang Ming escaped with Meng Bing and Manyi.
• Jiang Ming’s group entered the tournament, where Wang Qiuer led Shrek Academy to defeat Heaven Armor Sect and Jiang Ming exposed Ming Jiang’s aggression before the crowd.
• Jiang Ming looted corrupt officials for Rare Metals while Xu Jiu Jiu offered him leadership of the Star Luo Empire’s Hall of Offerings and marriage, and Radiant City came under military blockade.
• The Tang Sect forfeited its match against Sun Moon Royal Soul Master Academy, while Jiang Ming investigated the empire’s secret plans and prepared escape routes and possible attacks.
• Jiang Ming visited Tang Ya with Bei Bei, inspected stored Rank 9 Fixed Soul Cannonballs, and helped Rongrong, Little Prison, Snow Empress, and Meng Bing develop Soul Tool cores.
• During Shrek and Tang Sect’s match against Sun Moon Royal Soul Master Academy, Zhou Hao attacked Wang Dong’er after her victory was declared, and Huo Yuhao killed him to stop the attack.
• Jiang Ming seized the referee and accused the officials of conspiring with the Sun Moon team, then shattered Zheng Zhan’s defensive shields before Long Xiaoyao ordered him to stop.
• Jiang Ming demanded compensation for Wang Dong’er and challenged the referee’s disqualification ruling, while Long Xiaoyao told Zheng Zhan to ask Xu Tianran whether he would accept the terms.
