Background

Yao Ling is Yao Dan’s niece and the younger sister of Yao Tian, the Yao Clan’s original Young Clan Leader. Yao Dan personally named her on the day of her full moon because of her rare Spirit Grade Bloodline, raising expectations that she would become a major pillar of the clan. Despite this, she later regarded herself as only around the top seven among her peers and struggled with the comparison to her more accomplished brother. 37 87
