Kivior-2 fell silent for several seconds, then his electronic synthesized voice rang out.

"The riots here were planned long in advance."

As he spoke, he inserted the mechanical tendrils on his back into the cogitator ports, and the video screen above his head lit up.

Lines of densely packed technological language made of 0s and 1s flashed past, and images appeared on the screen.

A strange man in blue robes stood there. The back of his neck had split open, growing a vulture-like long neck, and its sharp beak jabbed at his bald head from time to time.
