Howard checked the data-slate and confirmed the incriminating evidence from the other locations he had not personally led the teams to, then took off his Artificer Power Armor, changed into a black formal suit, and headed for the banquet hall.

He intended to use the banquet as an opportunity to soothe the various powers of the Hive City.

A short while later, in the banquet hall, an elderly noble with a head of silver hair and a black robe that followed Vostonia's new fashion walked over to Howard.

After exchanging pleasantries for a moment and clinking glasses with the blond noble, he explained why he had come.

As he spoke, he operated the data-slate, connected to the Cogitator, and projected the Adeptus Mechanicus' test results onto the floor-to-ceiling video screen.
