"Do you think you'll have the time to manage it yourself?" Touko asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Of course I won't have that much time," Aoko said nonchalantly. "But I can hire professional managers, can't I? I'll only provide guidance on key strategies."
"And Japan's economy is about to collapse." Aoko showed a delighted expression. "I'm going to make a fortune from this opportunity!"
At that, Touko frowned slightly.
"Aoko, could it be that you have future—"
"Not exactly precognition, I guess?" Aoko thought for a moment. "You can understand it as learning through certain channels what 'would have' happened, then making my own plans based on that information."
Hearing her sister say that, Touko immediately started spinning an elaborate conspiracy theory. Was Aoko saying this because she had seen this world's "history" within the Spiral of Origin?
Aoko offered no further explanation. Seeing Touko beside her, her little face tense as she let her imagination run wild, made Aoko want to laugh. She was thrilled.
"But if you're interested in precognition, I do know someone I can recommend," Aoko said as she stirred her coffee with a spoon. "She possesses absolute precognition. It just depends on whether she's willing to see you."
"Someone like that still exists after the Age of Gods?" Touko was extremely surprised. As far as she knew, precognition of that level was called Clairvoyance, undoubtedly one of the rarest talents even among magi of the Age of Gods.
"Mm, she should currently be in Mifune City." After taking a sip of coffee, Aoko continued, "She looks like an ordinary old woman and is known as the Mother of Mifune. Her fortune-telling stall is quite famous around there."
"Forget it," Touko said somewhat resignedly. "It's not like I'm in any condition to travel far alone right now."
