Gyokko had just used Shunpo to arrive at Nezuko's battlefield and had not even had time to attack when he suddenly discovered that his Blood Demon Art had been broken. Turning toward Tanjiro, he spotted Mr. Hawking standing beside him.
"He's the human doctor Lord Muzan had been looking for."
Before this mission, Muzan Kibutsuji had tasked them with tracking down a human doctor. Yet despite searching until now, they had found no trace of him.
Unexpectedly, now that they no longer needed to search, he had delivered himself right to their door.

One of Gyokko's hands transformed into a pot and spewed out several enormous goldfish.
"Blood Demon Art: Thousand Needle Fish Kill!"
The goldfish immediately fired countless sharp needles at the approaching Tanjiro, forcing him to dodge while swinging his blade to knock them away. He could no longer advance.
