Adamantium Alloy Wand

"It's only been such a short time."

When Hawking woke up again, he discovered he had only been unconscious for an hour, which surprised him slightly.

This time, he had used both the Goku Template and the Harry Template at once. He had not expected the side effects to be exactly the same as when he used only the Goku Template.

Clearly, loading Harry Potter's Protagonist Template had not brought any side effects to his current body.

He guessed that his original body's current physical constitution was already enough to withstand the Harry Potter Template's side effects. After all, wizards were not much stronger physically than ordinary people.

He turned his head and looked around.

Professor X was playing chess with Magneto. Mystique crouched between them, looking at Professor X one moment and Magneto the next.

Storm and Cyclops were piloting the plane up front. Wolverine and Deathstrike sat together, seemingly talking about their pasts. It made Hawking feel that the two might end up getting together someday.

Nightcrawler and Colossus were about the same age. One was a kind and devout believer, while the other was a gentle art enthusiast with a good temper. They seemed to get along very well.

As for Colonel Stryker, Professor X had already forced him into a coma with mental control. He lay in the seat at the very back of the plane.

"This guy can't be allowed to live!"

Killing intent flashed through Hawking's eyes before vanishing.

Professor X intended to hand Colonel Stryker over to Nick Fury, but Hawking did not think that was a good idea.

First, given Stryker's influence and background, if he returned alive, he might be able to get himself out of trouble with the right maneuvering.

Given his hatred for mutants, there was no telling what trouble he might stir up later.

Never underestimate the ordinary humans of the Marvel World. With the influence of all sorts of black technology, it was entirely possible that Stryker might create some kind of super mutant someday. The other version of Deadpool, Number 11, was an example.

Second, killing a butcher like Stryker would definitely bring in quite a few Justice Points. Letting him go would be far too wasteful.

In Hawking's eyes, Stryker was undeniably a complete villain.

Your mutant son accidentally killed your wife, yet instead of thinking about how to cure him, you cruelly turn him into a test subject. Then you want to kill all mutants and experiment on countless innocent mutant children. It was simply insane.

And for his Weapon X Program, for the sake of seizing the raw Adamantium Alloy, he had slaughtered large numbers of innocent natives and killed an unknown number of innocent people.

If someone like that did not deserve to die, then who did? Killing him was absolutely a very righteous act.

Finally, Stryker could be considered one of the humans in this world who currently understood mutants best. If he fell into Nick Fury's hands and allowed Nick Fury to obtain even more information on mutants,

then that would not be good news for the Mutant School in the future.

Especially since S.H.I.E.L.D. might still be Hydra S.H.I.E.L.D. If S.H.I.E.L.D. obtained mutant information and experimental data, that meant Hydra would obtain mutant information and experimental data as well.

Nick Fury might be arrogant, but he at least had some bottom line. Those people in Hydra did not know what a bottom line was. Who knew what they might get up to in the future?

However, given Professor X's personality, he definitely would not allow Hawking to simply kill Stryker.

"It's fine. I can talk to old Magneto about this. Magneto definitely won't want Stryker alive. If we work together then, it shouldn't be a problem."

Retracting his gaze from Stryker, Hawking closed his eyes and began sorting through the newly acquired memories of Harry Potter.

He now possessed the same Wizard Bloodline as Harry, as well as all of Harry's memories from fourteen years of life. As long as he practiced diligently in the future, he would be able to master all the spells in Harry's memories.

Harry's memories stopped after the end of the Goblet of Fire, when Voldemort was resurrected. In other words, he had memories of at least all the spells taught from Hogwarts's first through fourth years.

There was also the Patronus Charm taught by Professor Lupin, along with various other spells Harry had seen in the library.

However, although Harry had learned quite a few spells, he was not very proficient with many of them. Other than combat spells he was good at, such as the Disarming Charm, he was far, far behind Hermione in other spells from the same period.

But that did not affect Hawking. As long as he spent more time focusing on practice, he might not be unable to master the spells Harry was poor at even better than Hermione.

"Looks like it's only the bloodline. Everything else is gone. That's troublesome too."

At that moment, he thought of something else and raised a hand to touch his forehead. The lightning-shaped mark that belonged to Harry was not there.

Once the loaded Protagonist Template ended, all he retained was the protagonist's bloodline and memories. Everything else disappeared completely.

Things like the lightning mark on his forehead and Voldemort's remnant soul inside his body were external things, not part of the bloodline, so naturally they were not retained.

But that created a problem. Although he now had a Wizard Bloodline, he did not have a wand.

While a wand was not absolutely necessary for casting magic, Harry did not know the techniques of wandless casting, so naturally Hawking did not know them either.

Moreover, a wand acted as a stabilizer and power amplifier for magic. Without a wand's assistance, magic's effects would be greatly reduced. Especially for a beginner like him, stable spellcasting would be virtually impossible.

"Do I have to cast magic only when the Harry Template is loaded?"

No. The moment that thought appeared, he immediately rejected it.

Magic was such a useful ability that he absolutely could not give it up. One hour was too short. He had to find a way to solve this limitation.

"Maybe I can borrow some of this world's black technology."

After thinking for a while, an idea suddenly came to him.

How were wands made?

In truth, one merely selected certain types of wood with special properties, added certain parts from magical creatures, and processed them in special ways.

Harry's wand, for example, was holly wood and phoenix feather. Voldemort's was yew wood and phoenix feather. Snape's was birch wood and snake nerve.

The Elder Wand, one of the most famous three Deathly Hallows, was elder wood and Thestral tail hair.

Those materials definitely could not be found in this world. Even if he found them, he did not possess the skills to make a wand.

But this was Marvel, a Marvel World filled with black technology. Whether it was superpowers, magic, or all kinds of strange and bizarre abilities,

as long as one found a capable scientist, science could be used to imitate and counter them.

Likewise, perhaps wands could be analyzed from a scientific perspective. By studying their characteristics, he might find other methods to replace them and create something similar.

If things went well, he might even be able to enchant the Adamantium Alloy Long Staff he had acquired before, adding the properties of a wand to it.

Just imagine thrusting my staff forward, you grabbing it firmly with both hands and thinking you've blocked the attack, only for me to hit you with a point-blank Voldemort. That sounded pretty awesome too.

Against enemies with regenerative abilities like Wolverine, he could directly stab the staff into their stomachs and then give them an Exploding Charm. The effect would definitely be good as well.

Conveniently enough, the Mutant Academy was also a place where black technology was fairly prevalent.

When he found the time, he could ask Professor X whether he knew any suitable scientists to recommend.
