"This Obito was created through a secret technique. He has none of the Rinnegan's abilities and less than a third of his actual strength. You can go test him out."
"If you can't handle him, call me."
As he spoke, Shamu cast Ultra-Light-Weight Rock Technique on himself, Itachi, and Shisui, sending them floating into the air.
They entered spectator mode.
Obito felt an unprecedented sense of humiliation. "Shamu! How dare you humiliate me!"
