"League of Heroes?"
Dragon's eyes filled with anticipation as he gestured for Garen to continue.
Garen directly summoned Sabo, Ivankov, the commanders of the four armies, and the other Revolutionary Army higher-ups, then began explaining his vision:
"Ever since the Celestial Dragons usurped control of the world eight hundred years ago, the people of this disaster-ridden world have made long-term, multifaceted efforts to fight for freedom and equality. Yet these heroic struggles have achieved little and repeatedly ended in failure."
"The fundamental reason is the lack of a strong organization, guided by advanced scientific theory, representing the people's interests, closely connected to the masses, and structurally powerful enough to serve as the leading core that unites the strength of the entire world."
"So, the League of Heroes is—"

However, at that moment, one of its simplest and most intuitive meanings lay right before them:
Demacia and the Revolutionary Army would become one and overthrow the World Government together.
"Even if we do not merge now, we will definitely have to combine into a new world government after overthrowing the World Government."
"Otherwise, will there still be two governments at sea then, Demacia and the Revolutionary Army?"
"Since we have to do this sooner or later, why not completely unite the strength of our two sides before the war begins?"
After thinking for a moment, Sabo immediately agreed with Garen's idea from this straightforward perspective.
"That makes sense."
"Calling ourselves the Revolutionary Army on one side and Demacia on the other really is inconvenient when fighting the World Government."
The other Revolutionary Army higher-ups also voiced their agreement.
The merger of two colossal forces would inevitably involve disputes
