PS: My usual eight thousand words. Finals are coming up, so I have a lot to deal with. I'm exhausted.
The Disciples' Battlefield
Hearing Ozymandias's arrogant words, Higashino Kanade could not help sneering inwardly.
What? Chiron and Naruto were mine to deal with, while Arthur and Karna were yours? Go to hell!
Kills meant chests. He had risked his life to participate in the Holy Grail War just to earn a few Gold Treasure Chests, surpass the Sage of Six Paths as soon as possible, and live off women with a clear conscience. Why should he give up chests that were already in his grasp just because Ozymandias said so?
Were you telling me what to do? Even Ryougi Shiki only dared to discuss things with me now. Even little Ritsuka, barely over a year old, knew that I responded to kindness, not force!
"Boring! Is that all you have to say? Ozymandias, everyone is my prey—including you!" Higashino Kanade narrowed his eyes, and his gloomy expression was terrifying.
"Ha ha ha ha! As expected of you, Uchiha Kanade. You guessed my True Name at once. You have the right to be arrogant."
Ozymandias's gaze turned fierce. He carefully placed the girl in his arms upon the throne, then clapped as he walked to the very edge of the golden ship, the spot closest to Higashino Kanade.
With a stretch of his hand, an ancient wooden staff materialized in Ozymandias's grasp. "Let me test your mettle! You dare regard me as prey? Are you prepared to face Pharaoh's Wrath?"
"Heh. Let me see how you differ from the rest."
Higashino Kanade glanced at the defeated foes on the ground, manipulated his repulsive force, and shot toward Ozymandias like an arrow released from its bow.
"Dark Sun Chariot, shoot him down!"
