Carl smoothly hacked into the main control system of Biotechnica's secret Pacifica laboratory. Data flowed into his storage device like a docile flock of sheep. The entire process was so smooth it was boring—no alarms were triggered, no patrolling guards appeared, and not even the most basic biometric lock showed up.

The moment he packaged and sent the complete set of information to Mr. Blue Eyes, his communicator lit up with an incoming call.

"Mr. KK!" The employer's voice carried a sense of calm, but it was sped up slightly, as if betraying excitement. "I thought getting the personnel list would be enough. Though it was requested, these equipment specifications are clearly an unexpected bonus. But you even got their core experimental data—test records, laboratory coordinates. This is truly outstanding."

As Carl listened to the praise from the other end of the line, he glanced down at the notification that the full payment had just arrived. He had originally planned to check another warehouse listed in the files—in his estimation, this might not have been enough, and perhaps the information there could help him meet the requirements. But to his surprise, Mr. Blue Eyes was clearly more than satisfied.
