"Pedro, let's have an honest conversation." Anton's little face was solemn.
"I did learn a few things from your memories." Anton held up his fingers and explained them one by one. "First, the Goblin's Eye Secret Art. Although I learned it through the Wizard's Eye Potion, your memories gave me a much deeper understanding of it."
Pedro nodded, acknowledging his sincerity.
"I learned two Goblin potions: Sealed Prison and Stubbornness Phelps." Anton curled his lip. "Damn, the feeling after drinking Stubbornness Phelps was awful. Unless I absolutely have to, I never want to touch it again."
"It felt as if all that remained of life was a stubborn resolve to keep going, with no other thoughts or pleasures left."
Anna's eyes widened as she nervously watched Rosier and Pedro.
Rosier shrugged indifferently. "I'm used to it. It's not so bad."
Pedro smacked his lips. "I don't even remember."
Only then did Anna relax.
"And there's one last thing." Anton continued counting. "I also learned your Moving Figurine technique."
Pedro rolled his eyes. "That's just a magic trick. It doesn't count."
Anton didn't see it that way. "Ever since I learned magic, this has been my favorite!"
He sounded a little rueful. "Actually, I don't know that much."
Everyone gave him odd looks, and Anton couldn't help rolling his eyes too. "What misunderstanding made you think I was so impressive?"
"I learned Fiennes Potion Studies and the Wizard's Eye Potion from my teacher, and developed my own Biomimicry Charm from them. So far, I can only imitate a Color-Changing Windbird and a Viper. Oh, and a Werewolf's arm."
