The construction of the Sanctuary Tower in New York's Central Park brought some changes to the city, which was caught in the midst of a chaotic battle.
On the first floor, the Beef Fruit Trees began producing vast amounts of food after wizards from the Magical Congress stimulated their growth. The Muggle authorities also brought in large quantities of food, medicine, daily necessities, and more, which were all stockpiled together.
Muggles also began moving into the rolling hills on the second floor. Families were each assigned a little pointed-roof cottage.
But the Muggles weren't moving in very quickly. Anton noticed that many of the people living near Central Park hadn't been brought in. Instead, plenty of people arrived in cars and helicopters.
Even more absurdly, during one of the few-minute intervals when the battle paused, someone got word and drove their entire family straight into the battlefield, with bullets flying everywhere, just to reach the Sanctuary Tower.
Anton strongly suspected the Muggle authorities were selling tickets.
It was hard to say whether the endless stream of supplies hadn't already paid for itself.

That wasn't his problem.
Neville was always the one who handled the troublesome matters outside Cabin.
Hannah was always the one who handled the troublesome matters inside it.
The two of them had always done a good job.
As for everyone else...
Whether it was Anton and Anna or George and Fred, they all seemed a little unreliable, one way or another.

Everyone knew how unreliable that guy was. He'd actually allowed Voldemort and the Death Eaters, along with all those leaders of the Squib Mercenaries, to enter the Sanctuary Tower!
He'd crammed every outside faction into the tower's third floor.
