Dumbledore, Lupin, and Arthur took the elevator from the Minister's Office on the first underground level to the Ministry of Magic's main hall on the eighth underground level.

They all held official positions in the Ministry of Magic and didn't need to leave through the visitors' entrance. Dumbledore had simply suggested stopping by the main hall to take a look at the space gate.

In fact, many of the people who had attended the meeting had come here after it ended.

Dumbledore should have left much earlier, since the sun was already setting by the time the meeting ended.

After Anton explained his idea for hosting the "Top 100 Tournament," things went much more smoothly. Dumbledore and Fudge had both made some concessions and agreed to each take responsibility for part of the event.

But this gathering of senior officials from the Wizarding World's various ministries of magic, school headmasters, and leaders of international wizarding organizations wasn't just about deciding where to hold the tournament.

Whether to bring in sponsors, who would judge the competition, how the prizes would be set up, how staff would be assigned—everything needed at least a clear outline.

That way, the various teams under the organizing committee could use it to work out more details.

Under these circumstances, Remus Lupin, Anton's full representative, didn't care much for the Ministry of Magic or Dumbledore. In his gentle but utterly firm manner, he did his best to secure every possible right for Anton, the hands-off organizer.

That included accommodation for the tournament staff. Anton planned to set them up at the Sanctuary Tower in New York.
