In truth, Anton had no idea how to promote "Muggle-to-Wizard Transformation."
He couldn't turn all the Muggles in the world into wizards overnight. He didn't have that kind of power, and he couldn't do such a thing anyway.
Doing so might bring disaster.
Before transmigrating, he had been an ordinary person, so he knew all too well how ordinary people thought. Magic wasn't actually something everyone would yearn for if it meant being plunged into a war-torn existence like some "spiritual energy revival."
Living a decent, peaceful life—that was what most ordinary people wanted.
Even if they had magical power, they wouldn't master terribly powerful magic. Just as, even with science, most of what they encountered wasn't cutting-edge technology.
By contrast, letting individual fighting power run rampant would only leave more ordinary people struggling in a terrible environment.
Not every country was a place where shootouts happened every day.
At the same time, Anton had no intention of using this technology to build up some faction. He had no such ambition.
Gaining more power and influence wouldn't make him happy.
His thinking was simply, I've already figured it out, so I might as well show it off. As for anyone who wanted to use it, they were welcome to.
Otherwise, the one who had founded the Squib Mercenaries back then wouldn't have been Grindelwald or Voldemort, but the Cabin Organization.

Although Hannah did have a few ideas, the girl whose head was stuffed with knightly tales was driven more by epic romanticism than soaring ambition.
By comparison, Hermione, Harry, Ron, Draco, Goyle, Dudley, Crabbe, and Percy might have more ambition.
Anton didn't mind.
He was simply waiting for those three groups to work
