Long Yao uncovered the Lord Overmind’s schemes across Shrek and the Sun Moon Empire, rescued captives, and fought the machinery built to create a being beyond God Tier. After reaching Soul Emperor, he headed for Mingdu’s Underground Black Market while Shrek prepared to compete without him.

• Long Yao investigated the Holy Spirit Cult’s modified humans, then helped purify Ma Xiaotao’s evil fire and joined Shrek’s covert efforts against the Lord Overmind.
• Long Yao infiltrated the Crimson Night Opera House and the arena’s underground base, rescuing captives and uncovering the Lord Overmind’s plans and hidden strongholds.
• Long Yao disrupted the enemy’s data network, recruited Liu Yin'er and Number 73, and learned Wang Dong'er was a target because of her compatibility with a being of light.
• Long Yao infiltrated a base in the Ming Dou Mountain Range, learned Tang Huo'er was being assimilated, and crossed into the Sun Moon Empire to investigate the City of No Light.
• Long Yao freed abducted children, exposed a secret conversation between Xu Tianran and a Red Robe Figure, and entered Mingde Hall to steal records about the God Creation Plan.
• Long Yao entered the City of No Light and glimpsed Tang Huo'er imprisoned in a Blood Crystal Pillar, but escaped Ye Xishui and Long Xiaoyao injured.
• Long Yao destroyed Sky Net’s mechanical base and later uncovered another Mechanical Legion, while Ling Yue traced its data to the Undying Legion’s manufacturing plant in Mingdu.
• Long Yao absorbed a Void Demon Spider Emperor Spirit Ring to reach Level 63, left Yuhao and Bei Bei to lead Shrek’s team, and headed toward Mingdu’s Underground Black Market.

Long Yao sabotaged the Holy Spirit Cult and Lord Overmind’s plans in Star Luo City, then reunited with Wang Dong'er and helped Shrek win the tournament. The champions returned to Shrek City, where Long Yao and Wang Dong'er began settling into life together before Ma Xiaotao joined their lakeside meal.

• Long Yao destroyed Lord Overmind’s Mechanical Heart node, sealed the Abyss Node, and carried the Snow Emperor Embryo toward Star Luo City.
• Long Yao uncovered and dismantled Holy Spirit Cult plots around the Star Luo Grand Hotel and arena, including an earth-vein altar and a planned finals attack.
• Long Yao reunited with Wang Dong'er before the final and helped Shrek prepare as the Sun Moon Team took the arena under the control of Soul Alchemy and Soul Tool Technology.
• Long Yao exposed a hidden Evil Soul Master during the final and secretly destroyed his detonator, while Wang Dong'er and Huo Yuhao defeated Xiao Hongchen and Meng Hongchen to win the championship.
• Long Yao celebrated with the Tang Sect, gave Wang Dong'er a romantic display of starlight and a butterfly, and accompanied the team back to Shrek City.
• Moon welcomed the champions to Sea God Pavilion, granted them Inner Court student status and a Golden Tree Secret Chamber cultivation opportunity, and Wang Dong'er invited Long Yao to roast fish by the lake.
• Ma Xiaotao followed the smell of the fish, thanked Long Yao for curing her evil fire, and joined Long Yao and Wang Dong'er for their meal.
