Amaterasu! (Amaterasu!)

Sasuke gathered his ocular power, and black flames instantly slammed into Senyo's face.

Senyo stood still, but as his Sharingan spun, his ocular power erupted, and the black Susanoo directly forced Amaterasu away.

"Not bad. You're a lot faster."

Senyo leaped backward and slipped out of the Susanoo as Amaterasu's flames fell to the ground.

Sasuke stared at the Amaterasu flames and extinguished them.

Senyo looked at Sasuke, then suddenly unleashed Amaterasu as well, slamming it into Sasuke's face.

Sasuke's heart lurched, but he immediately summoned a purple Susanoo.

Though he had reacted quickly enough, Sasuke's face still burned with searing pain.

"When fighting an Uchiha, watch every movement their gaze focuses on. When their gaze locks on something and their ocular power gathers in their pupils, there will be signs."

"Even if I couldn't use Amaterasu, it could have been another ocular technique."

"By the time someone's ocular technique comes crashing down and you react, it may already be too late."

"And it's always better to evade an enemy's ocular technique than use Susanoo to defend against it."

"Urgh..."

As Senyo lectured him, Sasuke let out a muffled groan, clutched his eyes, and dropped to his knees. His Susanoo dispersed completely.

Senyo walked over, handing Sasuke a bottle of water.

"See? The drain is too much. Take a break."

Panting, Sasuke took the bottle and gulped down the water.

"Master, why does activating Susanoo hurt so much?"

The first time Sasuke had activated Susanoo, his entire body had been covered in injuries, so he had not noticed it at all.

Now that he was practicing, it was truly unbearable.

"Heh..." Senyo chuckled.

"All power comes at a price."

"Why do you think the Sharingan is called the cursed eye?"
