Ch. 642We Are the True Orthodoxy

Bifrons persuaded An Luoxian and Kuafu to join his proposed Demon Association, which would unite demons in the Mystic Arts Country and compete with Old Gods for believers. After revealing that Lord Yao had authorized the association and granted cooperative demons legal status, Bifrons left them ready to organize and police demon activity.

  • Bifrons proposed that demons unite in a Demon Association to recruit believers and challenge Old Gods, but four Shadow Demons left while An Luoxian and Kuafu stayed.
  • An Luoxian described the struggles of his Seekers Society, while Kuafu explained his efforts to measure the sun and map the world's boundaries.
  • Senior Agent Rocky delivered four captured Shadow Demons to Bifrons in Crystal Constructs.
  • Bifrons revealed that Lord Yao had authorized him to establish the Demon Association and grant cooperative demons legal status and Yao Tribe rights.
  • An Luoxian and Kuafu joined the association, and Bifrons declared that its members would monitor Old God faiths and govern illegal Gods.

Ch. 643Never Fought Such a Rich War

Bifrons struggled to organize the Demon Association, so Zhizhi advised him to help its Shadow Demons grow and use their success to attract others. Four months later, two more Shadow Demons sought cooperation, but God Yao’s new oracle ordered them to open the Hell Gate and bring in more demons.

  • Bifrons asked Zhizhi how to organize the Demon Association, and Zhizhi suggested recruiting local societies to help identify suspicious rituals and Sacrifices.
  • Zhizhi proposed sending An Luoxian to teach at United Friendship University and having Kuafu lead runs to develop Sun Chasers and demonstrate the association’s benefits.
  • Zhizhi told Bifrons to manage demons through cooperation, selective recruitment, and pressure on dangerous holdouts; Bifrons agreed to the approach.
  • Bifrons revealed that Hua Zheng’s sole ambition was to train his shock waves until he could blast the world apart, and Zhizhi worried about the child.
  • Four months later, Kuafu and An Luoxian had succeeded, and two Shadow Demons sent letters expressing interest in cooperation.
  • Zhizhi received an oracle from God Yao to open the Hell Gate, leaving Bifrons stunned that they were being ordered to bring in more demons.

Ch. 644Rite of Praise

Lu Yao bought tools and Wonders to organize Shadow Demons and created a sealed arena where Bifrons could fight summoned demons and grow stronger. After learning more about demon factions, Bifrons reported that the Demon Association had begun helping Shadow Demons integrate into Yao Tribe society.

  • Lu Yao bought 300 Demon Torches, all five Demon Pointers, a Hell Gate, and a Barrier Stone Wall from the Exchange.
  • Lu Yao placed the Barrier Stone Wall beside the Resurrection Kingdom garrison in Mystic Arts Country, installed the Hell Gate inside it, and had Isabelle arrange guards.
  • Zhizhi repeatedly performed praise rituals until the Hell Gate summoned Buer, whom Bifrons defeated and absorbed, confirming that the barrier contained Shadow Demons.
  • Lu Yao gave Zhizhi half the Demon Torches and two Demon Pointers, and Bifrons reported that demons were divided by origin into Demon Gods and Black Angels.
  • Bifrons told Lu Yao that he and Zhizhi had formed the Demon Association, which had two members working to help Shadow Demons grow and find jobs.

Ch. 645The Sun Demon God

Lu Yao discovered that An Luoxian could grow by teaching and that Kuafu’s group runs could strengthen participants while surveying the world. After learning how Shadow Demons could serve the Yao Clan but were limited by their hosts’ lifespans, Lu Yao offered peaches as rewards for demons who cultivated their hosts or advanced Yao Clan civilization, and Bifrons promised the Demon Association would compete.

  • Yuan Qing taught geometry at United Friendship University, and Lu Yao learned that An Luoxian gained power by successfully teaching knowledge.
  • Lu Yao observed Kuafu leading villagers in a running exercise that strengthened participants and helped Kuafu survey the world.
  • Bifrons explained that Shadow Demons carried extensive knowledge but could not enter stable or specially protected worlds, and that their hosts’ deaths could make them disappear.
  • Lu Yao decided to reward Shadow Demons with peaches for cultivating their hosts or making achievements that advanced Yao Clan civilization.
  • Bifrons said the Demon Association would compete for the rewards, which could give Shadow Demons longer lives and new possibilities.

Ch. 646Heaven and Earth Longevity

Lu Yao counted the Peach Garden’s fruit, discovered that World Stones could accelerate peach growth, and learned that a matured Queen Mother’s Peach granted rebirth through a chosen world. He then checked on King Wuji’s World Stone harvest before Salina reported the Yao Tribe’s invention of a powerful new weapon, leaving Lu Yao with the first anti-god weapon developed by the Yao Tribe.

  • Lu Yao inspected Kunlun, counted 108 red peaches, and found that World Stones accelerated their growth while a Queen Mother’s Peach granted Heaven and Earth Longevity.
  • Xing Tian defeated the Old Gods in Kunlun, while Lu Yao found Jade Void Palace unchanged and no news from the Kunlun Four Heroes.
  • King Wuji told Lu Yao that Galazhu’s sun-harvesting had improved and that she could catch suns repeatedly to satisfy her Sun Hunter ability.
  • Salina reported the Yao Tribe’s elemental discoveries and described how the Shen Element enabled the Crystal Structure Phase Dissolution Cannon.
  • Yao Tribe researchers successfully test-fired the cannon, which dissociated a copper target into Copper Element, and Lu Yao recognized it as a weapon capable of threatening higher gods.

Ch. 647Elemental Era

Lu Yao learned how the dissolution cannon advanced elemental research and recognized the Yao Clan’s entry into the Elemental Era. After taking a break, he returned home and found Halo back from Siberia with explosive potatoes.

  • Tyrant explained that the dissolution cannon let researchers collect elements such as metals, Wood Element, and Poison Element, while Black Forge’s experiments uncovered Dark Element.
  • Lu Yao named the new age the Elemental Era, and the Simulator announced that the Yao Clan had entered it.
  • Pixelated Villagers in Yao City celebrated, worried, or looked for opportunities as Lu Yao reflected on the civilization’s progress through five eras.
  • Lu Yao logged off, went to a nearby mall for food and groceries, and returned home.
  • Lu Yao found Halo waiting at his door; Halo gave him three green Siberian Ice Fang Potatoes and claimed they could explode in the Void Universe.

Ch. 648Order of Saint Stanislaus

Halo told Lu Yao about his recent work with the Red Tea Society and showed him the Order of Saint Stanislaus, which opened a passage to the Slavic Mythical Anchorage called the Sacred Oak. After visiting its Wheel of Fate, Lu Yao encountered an indebted Unholy Water Nymph seeking a god to pay her debts.

  • Halo gave Lu Yao three Ice Fang Potatoes and recounted how the Red Tea Society and the Night Watchman had dealt with escaped mutant creatures in Siberia.
  • Halo showed Lu Yao his Order of Saint Stanislaus, and Lu Yao discovered that it could open a passage to the Sacred Oak for two people.
  • Lu Yao and Halo entered the Sacred Oak through the Void Universe and followed an Acorn Elf to the Wheel of Fate.
  • Lu Yao learned that the Wheel of Fate could randomly change a person's destiny, but its use risked death and required Mokosh's consent.
  • The Acorn Elf explained that the Unholy Water Nymph was seeking someone to pay her debts after her former god, Siva, had fallen.

Ch. 649Buy, Buy, Buy!

Lu Yao bought Slavic goods at the Sacred Oak and considered hiring the indebted Unholy Water Nymph for her skills in managing ghosts, population, and culture. The chapter ended with him learning she owed 770,000 Flames of Faith.

  • Lu Yao bought a [Cliffside Man-Eating House] for 200,000 faith to help guide children in his Divine Kingdom.
  • Lu Yao purchased all 37 Kikimora at the stall for 126,000 faith.

  • Lu Yao asked the Water Nymph how much she owed, and she said she owed 770,000 Flames of Faith.

Ch. 650Ominous Waters (Thanks to 'Yao City Mist Rain' for the Alliance Leader)

Lu Yao recruited the indebted Unholy Water Nymph Aiseni as his Subordinate God and assigned her to cultivate Rusalka and Water Sprites in Mystic Arts Country. A report from Kunlun then revealed that a black band of light had opened spatial rifts and revived powerful Old Gods.

  • Aiseni explained her powers, her work for Siva, and how disasters had wiped out her Divine Kingdom and left her owing Flame of Faith.
  • Lu Yao paid Aiseni's debt and accepted her vassalage, then learned that a bottle of Seeds of Field Spirit could produce Polevik that protected farmland and increased harvests.
  • Lu Yao bought the seeds for 550,000 Flame of Faith after Aiseni explained that enriching the soil with Omnipotence Stone could improve the chance of Polevik appearing.
  • Lu Yao returned with Halo, gave the tired Three-Headed Dog a fan for its cardboard-box bed, and ordered Aiseni to begin her work in Mystic Arts Country.
  • Shen Gongbao reported that a black band of light had opened spatial rifts in Kunlun, where Old Gods and a powerful being on True Person Yu Ding's level were reviving.

Ch. 651This is Xing Tian!

Lu Yao confronted Black Lamp contamination spreading through Kunlun and sent Xing Tian to fight the Old Gods pouring from a spatial rift. After Xing Tian charged into the rift, Black Lamp vanished, leaving Lu Yao to wonder whether the warrior had drawn its attention away from Kunlun.

  • Lu Yao summoned Xing Tian to fight the Old Gods while asking Halo about the Black Lamp and its spatial fissures.
  • Halo warned that Black Lamp could contaminate Kunlun and described how it had once overwhelmed Bright Heaven after Lord of Wisdom tried to remove it.
  • Lu Yao ordered the Gods to evacuate Kunlun and collected the valuable peaches from the Peach Garden.
  • Xing Tian defeated Heimdall, a powerful Old God, then charged into the rift and was surrounded by Old Gods.
  • The Black Lamp and the rift disappeared, and Lu Yao credited Xing Tian with drawing the threat away from Kunlun.

Ch. 652You're from the Overlimit Zone?

After Xing Tian killed most of the Kunlun Old Gods, Halo suspected Lu Yao came from the Overlimit Zone, but Lu Yao convinced him Xing Tian was a partner and learned why Feathered Ones hunted Black Lamp Old Gods. Lu Yao then watched Xing Tian fight Thor in contaminated Asgard, learned to switch away before the Black Lamp could affect him, and took the spoils after Thor fell, including Thor's Hammer.

  • Lu Yao collected 1.03 million Faith from the Old Gods Xing Tian had slain.
  • Halo suspected Lu Yao came from the Overlimit Zone because he could command a Feathered One, but Lu Yao convinced him that Xing Tian was cooperating with him and Halo swore to keep it secret.
  • Halo explained that Feathered Ones and Black Lamp Old Gods fought each other as Immortals and Undead competing for territory.
  • Lu Yao used the Whistleblower title to locate Xing Tian fighting Thor in the Black Lamp-contaminated Norse Mythology realm.
  • Halo warned Lu Yao that observing the contaminated realm could corrupt his Divine Will, so Lu Yao practiced switching his view back to Yao City.
  • Lu Yao repeatedly switched views while Xing Tian fought Thor, then collected the dropped Faith and Thor's Hammer when Thor's Health Points ran out.

Ch. 653Lightning Maker

Lu Yao gained the Lightning Maker title, recalled Xing Tian after using him to counter Black Lamp, and reported that Kunlun was safe for now. He gave Menes a Jade Pool Peach, then learned that Dog City was selling a Creation Machine recovered from the Spirit Realm.

  • Lu Yao acquired the Lightning Maker title, which reduced the cost of lightning abilities and increased damage against giants, and Halo explained Thor’s place in Norse Mythology.
  • Lu Yao recalled Xing Tian when he left combat and concluded that Black Lamp’s connected polluted zones remained too dangerous to confront directly.
  • Lu Yao announced that the danger in Kunlun had temporarily passed, then gave two peaches to Philes for research.
  • Lu Yao sent Mao Cao to gift Menes a Jade Pool Peach, which Menes said could extend Charles’s lifespan.
  • Menes told Mao Cao that the Melancholy Goddess had entrusted Dog City with a Creation Machine recovered from the Spirit Realm, and Lu Yao prepared to buy it.

Ch. 654Box Jellyfish

Lu Yao accepted Dog City's Creation Machine, sold it Jade Pool Peaches, and opened Psionic Encapsulation Cards, one of which held canned red dragon meat. After buying Song Shiyi's cards and tasting the can, Halo began convulsing, leaving Lu Yao unsure whether the food was poisonous.

  • Menes gave Lu Yao the Box Jellyfish Creation Machine and praised the Kunlun Four Heroes for helping Dog City secure its foothold at Blue Bridge.
  • Lu Yao sold Menes two Jade Pool Peaches for 60 million Faith.
  • Lu Yao bought seven Psionic Encapsulation Cards from Menes and found Gaia Red Dragon Canned Food in the sixth card.
  • Lu Yao called Song Shiyi, who described the dangers of Wasteland No. 7, and offered to buy her group's cards for 30,000 Faith each.
  • Little Fire opened and heated the can, and Halo tasted the red dragon meat before suddenly convulsing and streaming tears and snot.

Ch. 655Destruction Climate

Lu Yao learned how Gaia and Spirit Foundation Worlds were connected, then used the Creation Machine to turn a Grit World into a Vortex World. After many failed card draws, he received news that Boyi had become a legendary athlete and prepared to inspect his achievements.

  • Lu Yao learned from Baroye that Gaia was a God Descender who managed failed Spirit Foundation Worlds, and suspected she had later been reassigned to making canned dragon meat.
  • Lu Yao decided to save up 206 Spirit Foundations before attempting world creation and used the Creation Machine to modify a miniature Grit World with Destruction Climate.
  • While the modification ran, Lu Yao accepted Song Shiyi’s offer of 146 Psionic Encapsulation Cards and drew eighty damaged cards in a row.
  • Lu Yao confirmed that Destruction Climate had transformed the Grit World into a Vortex World, allowing him to make Vortex Worlds for producing Crimson Void Bullets.
  • The Simulator reported that Boyi had invented the Athlete profession, written a book on Kinesiology, completed a run around the world, and become a legend.
  • Lu Yao opened Boyi’s achievements and sent down the items he had bought from the Sacred Oak.

Ch. 656Kuafu Chasing the Sun

He Zai explained the Copper Buckle Gang’s child-run smuggling operation to A Zheng, then visited Boyi, who had spent years running in Kuafu Chasing the Sun. Boyi demonstrated the [Flow State] he had developed as an [athlete], leaving He Zai stunned.

  • He Zai threatened Ha Zi into carrying smuggled goods for the Copper Buckle Gang and assigned him to transport seeds and paper across the border.
  • He Zai told A Zheng about the gang’s smuggling work, its ties to larger organizations, and why A Zheng would stay behind to train recruits rather than carry goods again soon.
  • He Zai met Boyi, who described how runners could avoid injuries during Kuafu Chasing the Sun and credited the practice with strengthening them.
  • Boyi demonstrated his [Flow State], dodging He Zai’s attempts to touch him and explaining that it let him perceive others’ movements in slow motion.

Ch. 657You're the Worst Class I've Ever Taught

He Zai left the Copper Buckle Gang to join Kuafu’s long-distance run, where he trained, documented the athletes’ methods, and learned to live with a House Spirit in the Kite Hut. The chapter ended with A Zheng revealing that he had helped bring down the gang and was now an investigator named Hua Zheng.

  • Boyi demonstrated Flow State to He Zai and persuaded him to leave the gang and join Kuafu Chasing the Sun.
  • He Zai paid to leave the Copper Buckle Gang, then ran with Kuafu’s team until exhaustion and injuries led him to document the journey from a Kite Hut.
  • Ding Ding trained He Zai to operate the Kite Hut and helped him compile Boyi’s edition of Running Essentials into a 155-page booklet.
  • He Zai discovered that a timid House Spirit haunted the Kite Hut and learned that it had influenced previous homeowners to leave.
  • Sand City reporters interviewed Kuafu, while A Zheng told He Zai that the Copper Buckle Gang had been dismantled and revealed that he was investigator Hua Zheng.

Ch. 658I'm Super Bold

He Zai recalled how he had suspected A Zheng was an outsider to the Copper Buckle Gang, then learned A Zheng was a police officer investigating the headless corpses in Panshui River. As He Zai grew close to the House Spirit Lu Bing'ai, he recognized how Lord Yao's protection had shaped his life, and the chapter left him praying in gratitude.

  • He Zai confronted A Zheng about his hidden identity, and A Zheng explained that the Police Station had no reason to arrest him after he found work.
  • A Zheng questioned He Zai about suspicious activity around Panshui River's headless corpses, then told him that moving was the only apparent way to escape a House Spirit.
  • He Zai tried leaving food for the timid House Spirit and, when he fell seriously ill, she went for help and saved his life.
  • He Zai thanked the House Spirit, learned her name was Lu Bing'ai, and gradually became her friend and roommate.
  • Lu Bing'ai grew into a confident young woman, learned household skills, and became a Hero recognized by Lord Yao.
  • Lu Bing'ai explained that House Spirits came from a destroyed world and were brought to this one by Lord Yao, leading He Zai to pray in gratitude for the protection and friends he had received.

Ch. 659Double Happiness

Lu Yao recognized Boyi’s Flow State as a breakthrough that could make athletic cultivation available to people across the Yao Clan, then rewarded Kuafu for developing the Sun-Chasing Long Distance Run. After promoting House Spirit Lu Bing'ai to Hero, Lu Yao discovered that Kikimoras harmed people through their Family Scapegoat trait and changed their nature so they could safely grow close to those who liked them.

  • Lu Yao promoted Boyi to Hero and learned that Flow State could temporarily advance some of a person’s abilities.
  • Boyi pledged to spread exercise, and Isabelle rewarded Kuafu with a Jade Pool Peach for helping cultivate him and develop the running project.
  • Kuafu described how the run overcame injuries and low participation, and he planned to expand it to other worlds with the athletes’ help.
  • Lu Yao promoted the Kikimora Lu Bing'ai to Hero after discovering that she had befriended and repeatedly rescued her householder, He Zai.
  • Lu Yao traced the Kikimoras’ harmful effect on people to Family Scapegoat and replaced it with Clear Likes and Dislikes, allowing them to safely approach people who liked them.

Ch. 660The Corrupted Undead

Lu Yao followed Detective Byron and Hua Zheng as they investigated the beheaded members of the Temporal Tribe and uncovered an attack by Kali’s believers. Kali appeared as the Extinction Incarnation, but Bifrons identified her as a Demon God; after fighting Xing Tian, she vanished and left behind a Demon Mark.

  • Byron and Hua Zheng questioned Kajeya and other Rusalkas, learning that the victims belonged to the Temporal Tribe and worshiped the God of Agriculture and Spring.
  • Byron and Hua Zheng realized the bodies had been dumped near the Rusalkas to frame them and rushed toward the Temporal Tribe’s village.
  • They found Kali’s believers attacking the villagers and defeated the zealots, but their deaths formed a tornado from which the Extinction Incarnation emerged.
  • Lu Yao released Xing Tian to fight Kali, and Bifrons revealed that the Extinction Incarnation was a demonized Undead and a Demon God, not a God.
  • Kali disappeared during the battle, leaving behind Flame of Faith and a Demon Mark.

Ch. 661Just You Wait!

Lu Yao repeatedly summoned Kali until she agreed to explain the Gray Vision and the demons’ origins. After learning that Kali’s Demon God Pillar was under attack by Tiamat, Lu Yao gave her faith and let her leave to fight back.

  • Isabelle learned that Kali’s followers had performed dark rituals to create the Demon Mark and prepare a sacrifice that would summon Kali.
  • Lu Yao summoned Kali repeatedly and had Xing Tian kill her until she agreed to talk rather than keep fleeing.
  • Kali explained that demons lived in the Gray Vision, where they could be reborn, and that Gods and Feathered Ones became demons to escape dangers in the Void Universe.
  • Kali told Isabelle that she had entered Lu Yao’s Divine Kingdom while seeking faith to support her Demon God Pillar, then agreed to answer questions in exchange for help.
  • Kali revealed that Tiamat was attacking her Demon God Pillar, and Lu Yao gave her thirty million Flames of Faith before she left to retaliate.
