Generally speaking, at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries, aside from the wards dealing with severe emergency cases, which remained brightly lit, the other floors would turn out their lights before nine at night to provide patients with a proper environment for rest once darkness fell.
But today was different.
The Spell Damage Department on the fifth floor was ablaze with light. More than half of St. Mungo's healers skilled in treating spell damage had gathered here. Every one of them was highly renowned in the field and commanded respect wherever they went, yet now these learned healers had lost all their pride. They crowded the corridor, their faces full of excitement and disbelief, desperately trying to get closer to a particular ward.
The healers immortalized on the walls, whose names had been recorded in the history of magic, were much the same. To squeeze into the frame closest to the ward, these mostly aged legendary healers were fighting furiously among themselves.
"Unbelievable, Albus!"
After Dumbledore emerged from the flames with Neville, who appeared much calmer now, a witch with long silver curls immediately appeared in the nearest portrait, her excited cheeks trembling.
"Completely recovered—not a single thing wrong with him! I've never seen anything like it! You won't find a case like this in the entire history of magical injury treatment. I say that alone deserves another First Class Order of Merlin!"

Neville's body began to tremble, but Dumbledore did not look particularly pleased. One arm around Neville's shoulders, he half-guided, half-pushed him up the stairs in long strides, while Delores Umbridge kept pace with them, repeatedly appearing in portraits along the walls.
"What did Amosta say, Delores?"
Dumbledore asked calmly.
"Oh, he still refuses to say how he restored that Muggle to normal!"
The
