Background / History

Sirius was born into the ancient Black family but attended Hogwarts as a Gryffindor. His relatives were largely Death Eaters or Voldemort sympathizers, while Sirius rejected their beliefs and became close friends with James Potter, Lily Evans, Remus Lupin, and Peter Pettigrew.
