• Shrek Academy mourned Ma Hongjun, and Zhang Lexuan secured the academy elders’ support for Xu Jiujiu and Vina’s plan to assassinate Xu Tianran.
• Liu Xing suspected the apparent escape route from Mingdu was a trap and planned to help the Earthly Dragon Gate leave the city safely.
• Long Xiaoyao fought Du Busi and Xuan Zi above Mingdu while allied forces launched an assault on Xu Tianran’s Imperial Palace.
• Zhang Lexuan’s Blood Moon Eclipse battered the Imperial Palace’s defenses, but Xu Tianran survived by using the Star Dou Qiankun Bowl, and the attackers retreated.

The Mingdu explosion led Liu Xing’s group to attack Qiankun Asking Love Valley, where the resulting battle destroyed Sea God Tang San’s divine avatar. As the fused continents’ power tide reshaped the balance of power, Liu Xing and his companions advanced their cultivation while rival factions prepared for future conflict.

• Xu Tianran concealed the emperor’s death and blamed the Mingdu Great Explosion on the Star Luo and Heaven Dou Empires, while Liu Xing’s group prepared to attack Shrek Academy at West Mountain.
• Huo Yuhao and the others were drawn into Qiankun Asking Love Valley, and Liu Xing’s six Rank 9 Fixed-Array Soul Cannon Shells shattered the valley’s defenses and devastated West Mountain.
• Ning Rongrong shielded Otherworldly Tang San from Sea God Tang San’s attempt to let him die, and Demon Empress, Ye Xishui, Long Xiaoyao, and Di Tian joined the battle against the Sea God’s avatar.
• The Evil Emperor immobilized Sea God Tang San, and Di Tian, Demon Empress, Ye Xishui, Long Xiaoyao, and the Evil Emperor destroyed his Divine Sense avatar as Wang Dong’er and the others watched.

Tang San lost Xiao Wu and Tang Hao in the Spirit Hall’s attack, then joined the Holy Spirit Cult in pursuit of revenge and power. Liu Xing and Eternal Night Palace defeated Niu Tian and Tai Tan, completed Sky Island, and entered a contest against the Holy Spirit Cult for command of the Scorching Knight Legion, where Tang Ya faced Firefly.

• Xiao Wu sacrificed herself to save Tang San, but Lovesick Heartbreak Red restored only her body, and Bibi Dong killed Tang Hao and devoured him.
• The Demon Empress told Tang San that Xiao Wu’s soul had gone to another Xiao Wu and offered to help revive her if he killed the other Tang San, so Tang San joined the Holy Spirit Cult.
• Liu Xing and Eternal Night Palace fought Niu Tian and Tai Tan over Wang Qiu'er, while Huo Yuhao let Ice Empress leave him and learned that saving Wang Dong'er would require Wang Qiu'er to sacrifice herself.
• Gu Yuena’s Dragon Souls helped defeat Niu Tian and Tai Tan, and Liu Xing and Firefly killed them after stopping their Soul Core detonations.
• Shrek Academy introduced Soul Spirit Technology, and Gu Yuena cautiously supported its development while Liu Xing warned that humans might use it to enslave Spirit Beasts.
• Xu Tianran arranged a contest between Eternal Night Palace and the Holy Spirit Cult for command of the Scorching Knight Legion, and Liu Xing and Firefly toured the completed Sky Island before moving in with their allies.
