Several days later, at the edge of the Far Western Region.

As Lin Langtian and his group swept across the sky, the sight before them stirred them all slightly.

What should have been a barren Gobi desert was now dominated by an enormous city.

The city was not built of ancient structures, but had been temporarily constructed by countless experts. Yet its scale was astonishing: its walls stood a hundred zhang tall and stretched for dozens of miles, with the faint glow of formations flowing across them. Clearly, powerful experts had reinforced them.

This was Town West City.

"Good heavens..." Savage Emperor widened his eyes and muttered.

"They built such a huge city in just half a year? Are these people insane?"

Lin Langtian swept his gaze around. Above them, dense streams of flowing light streaked through the heavens like locusts, all converging upon the city.

The weakest auras within those streams of light belonged to Seventh-grade Supremes. Ninth-grade Supremes were everywhere, and he had even detected no fewer than ten Earthly Supreme-level fluctuations.

"The Immortal King Ruins are even more enticing than I imagined," Lin Langtian said quietly.

The group descended and landed before the gates of Town West City.

The city gates stood dozens of zhang tall, carved from entire blocks of obsidian and imposing beyond measure.

Two squads of guards stood at the entrance, all of them Ninth-grade Supremes. Their eyes were sharp as lightning as they scrutinized every person entering the city.

"The entrance fee is ten thousand drops of Supreme Spirit Liquid per person," one guard said expressionlessly.

Savage Emperor's eyes widened. "Ten thousand? Why don't you just rob us?"

The guard glanced at him. Sensing the faint Earthly Supreme pressure emanating from Savage Emperor, his expression tightened slightly and his tone became more courteous.
