• Wang Teng treated Fan Bulun’s Demon Egg with Light Source Power while secretly absorbing its Darkness Origin, then learned that Di Qi had sent an emergency message.
• Wang Teng and his team traveled to the Fifth Frontline, fought through Devil Vines, and found Di Qi under the control of Uke Pu, a Demon Brain Race member.
• Wang Teng defeated Uke Pu, pulled it from Di Qi’s Sea of Consciousness, and brought it back to General Mokarun and Fan Bulun for study.
• Wang Teng reported the Devil Vines and captured specimens, while Moira found that Di Qi’s Soul Essence had suffered severe damage.
• Wang Teng refined a Profound Yang Soul Return Pill despite a Pill Tribulation, then gave it to Di Qi and said he should wake within a day or two.

Wang Teng helped repel a Darkness Breed invasion, exposed a Parax Family plot against him, and won command of the Tiger Fiend Legion. He began cultivating a spiritual combat scripture and learned where he could find dense Light Source Power.

• Wang Teng joined the defense of the Third Frontline, used Wind Tornado to clear poison and crush Darkness Breeds, then killed Demon Emperor Jarukes with a Space Storm.
• Wang Teng healed wounded soldiers and accepted General Tatter’s support for his bid to command the Tiger Fiend Legion.
• Parax Family martial artists ambushed Wang Teng, but he defeated them, captured Wendell and the three commanders, and secretly made them his loyal slaves with Bewitchment.
• Wang Teng defeated Huo Qiya in a duel and was appointed commander of the Tiger Fiend Legion, while the generals recommended him as a military representative for the Empire’s Genius Competition.
• Wang Teng presented recordings and a Parax Family identity token linking Kroftz to the ambush, and General Mokarun sent Kroftz to face the Military Court.
• Wang Teng learned the first three levels of the Floating Slaughter True Scripture and decided to cultivate them despite the severe pain and immense Spirit Power they required.

Wang Teng used a Great Grandmaster-level lightning array to retake the Thirteenth Defense Line, capture Torbey, and lead the Tiger Fiend Legion to victory with few casualties. Promoted to colonel, he returned to find Swete offering the Third Prince’s favor to make him withdraw his accusation against Kroftz, and Wang Teng rejected the interference.

• Wang Teng visualized the Fire God Hammer and Thunder God Hammer, used them to form the Nine Treasures Floating Slaughter Pagoda, and set out to lead the Tiger Fiend Legion.
• Wang Teng overpowered the legion’s martial artists with his Slaughter Intent, announced the plan to retake the Thirteenth Defense Line, and brought his own subordinates into the legion.
• Wang Teng and the Rune Grandmasters built the Profound Heaven Thunder Sword Grand Array at Angolo Grand Canyon while the legion waited for the natural thunderstorm.
• Wang Teng activated the array against Torbey and the Darkness Breed, then fought Torbey and the Blood Crow Old Ancestor’s incarnation while the legion attacked the weakened enemy forces.

He defeated several powerful opponents in the arena and left with greater standing among the Darkness Breeds, while the Demon Egg remained in Wu Nao’s possession.

• Wang Teng refused Swete’s demand to withdraw his accusation against Kroftz, exposed the Third Prince’s attempted interference, and defeated Swete before imprisoning him for ransom.
• Wang Teng collected compensation from Lü Qing and investigated the Pillar of the Nation Medal, but an explosion at Fan Bulun’s laboratory revealed that the Demon Brain Race had stolen the Demon Egg and taken Moira hostage.
• Wang Teng pursued Busen Ge beyond the Main Base, fought through waves of Darkness Breeds, and infiltrated their territory disguised as Jia Tengying of the Magic Armor Race.
• Wang Teng discovered the Great Rock Kui Shell Dragon Beast and its darkness and earth-element powers, then found captive humans being drained by Vampire Darkbreeds and fought Krosa.
• After joining the Guard Team, Wang Teng identified Busen Ge and Uke Pu as Demon Brain Race members, followed Uke Pu to an Immaculate Source Mine, and bewitched it into revealing that Wu Nao held the Demon Egg.
• Wang Teng killed Krosa and Kelly in the arena, then defeated You Feilia’s Blood Beast Domain and beheaded her before Xuelun’s intervention forced him to stop pursuing her.
