In the somewhat old room, Snape sat in his chair with a muddled mind, gripping the armrests so tightly that the veins on the backs of his hands bulged.
He knew perfectly well that he should not follow Andy's line of thinking and analyze Dumbledore. Those claims were nothing but baseless malicious speculation, without a shred of substantive evidence.
But knowing that was one thing. At this very moment, Snape simply could not control his mind.
Lily was the White Moonlight in Snape's heart.
Whenever anything involved Lily, Snape could not remain calm.
He could not help wondering: Had Dumbledore truly deliberately stood by and watched Lily die?
On the sofa, Andy's expression was slightly astonished.
Snape's mind was actually in turmoil.
This... was this the power of a Love Brain? Andy's pupils shook.
Snape's Occlumency was exceptionally advanced. By all rights, nothing should have been able to disrupt his thoughts.
But in this situation...
Without a doubt, Snape had forgotten all about Occlumency. He could no longer sort through his thoughts.
Even though reason told him he should not let his imagination run wild, he still could not control his mind.
Lily had shattered his will and thrown his heart into disorder.
Love Brain... terrifying indeed! To be honest, Andy had said all this to Snape partly to learn some information about Dumbledore from him, and partly for Snape himself.
Snape was a magical genius.
His accomplishments in the field of potions were second to none.
Especially the latter! Since Andy's System Panel did not include Potionology, he could not devote much of his energy to researching potions.
But potions were important.
That was why Snape was a talent Andy had to acquire.
Whether Snape was willing or not, Andy had to make use of his talent in Potionology.
