Divine Realm in Turmoil, Five Great God Kings Gather

High above the heavens, the sun, which had originally been so dazzling that it was impossible to look at, suddenly contracted in radiance. The land basking in its sunlight instantly dimmed, while the sun transformed into a gigantic ball of fire.

Within the Imperial Palaces of the Sun Moon Empire, Star Luo Empire, Heaven Dou Empire, and Dou Ling Empire—the Four Great Empires—the people who held the highest authority in their respective empires all silently stared at the sun, which resembled a ball of fire.

They were none other than the newly ascended God of Evil, another of the Five Great God Kings, and his beloved wife, the God of Goodness.

All four turned their gazes toward the blue figure standing before the countless Light Screens.

The person currently controlling the Divine Realm Core was Tang San, who had ascended to the Divine Realm ten thousand years ago as one being with two God Positions. At this moment, his face was blank, and the calm composure he had displayed earlier was completely gone.

Even he had failed to determine why such a drastic change had occurred in the sun.

However, just as people were panicking, thinking that doomsday had arrived, the sun suddenly released a dazzling white light that forced all living beings to avert their eyes. While no one could observe it, a white light faintly burst from within the sun. It seemed to travel through space, flying toward an unknown destination. In the next moment, the terrifying orange-red radiance receded, and everything gradually returned to its usual calm.

Bright sunlight reappeared, and the azure sky reappeared, as though everything had merely been a dream.

Looking at the sky and sun that had returned to normal, all the living beings on the Douluo Continent were bewildered.

One second, they had felt that the world was about to end; the next, everything had returned to normal. Such an extreme rise and fall made them wonder if they had merely dreamed it all.

Yet no one noticed that atop a certain house in Shrek City, a white light tore open space. As though drawn by some force, it surged directly into a young man sitting there. The young man's heart jolted, and he completely fainted on the spot.
