Early the next morning, Su Hao went into town to ask around for information.
Sure enough, several more people had disappeared last night. The locations varied, but all were near the Warrior Academy. One of the missing was even a student who had remained at the Academy, likely murdered when he went out.
People were also talking about the corpse in the Academy whose face had been smashed to pulp, saying it had been the work of the "Murder Ghost."
That confirmed for Su Hao that the missing people were connected to yesterday's attack.
Having confirmed his guess, Su Hao put the matter aside for now and went to the library to read.
By evening, he began wandering outside the Academy's grounds, turning his Radar up to its limit as he searched for another possible attacker.
After nearly a month of adapting, his Blood Qi had fully replenished. Along with that, the range of his Radar Perception had reached four hundred meters and stabilized, no longer increasing rapidly.
With his Blood Qi running at full force, his Radar Perception could reach more than fifteen hundred meters. Beyond that range, he could only vaguely sense the direction, with the effect greatly diminished.
Keeping the Radar at maximum increased the rate at which it consumed Blood Qi, but with Su Hao's vast reserves, he could basically ignore such expenditure.
Su Hao did not know whether the attackers would strike students entering and leaving the Academy again tonight. Perhaps after last night's setback, they would change their "hunting" grounds and not dare return.
So he could only give it a try.
But putting himself in their shoes, Su Hao felt that the Academy and its surroundings were an excellent "hunting ground."
The Academy was deserted and had few students. Nearly all of them
