Su Hao believed that the most important thing about a person might not be whether their physical body remained alive, but whether their conscious thoughts were still functioning. As long as consciousness and thought remained, that person was still alive.
His view on this differed somewhat from that of most people.

The reason was that she still possessed consciousness, could still think, and could even fall in love without any issue... She had merely changed into a different form of life.
