Research History

Su Hao’s early interest begins with competing explanations of “Mind Power,” including thought, faith, desire, and fighting spirit. Rather than accepting one explanation, he establishes Mind Studies within Light of the Universe and collects writings on life, consciousness, and the soul 9.

His Spirit Sense experiments eventually identify resonance as the key. Filling his arm’s nerves with spirit power causes intense pain and numbness, but reveals that neural perception and the energy can become one at the level of consciousness. He then develops an Activator Rune to adjust spirit-power properties to his Spiritual Power 438 439.

Research into Spiritual Energy Hard Drives provides the insight that spirit power can carry information. This leads to the Knowledge Platform, expanding the available routes beyond conventional mental cultivation 490 494.

The Beyond Spirit Transmutation project seeks stronger observation and transformation capabilities. Eyes inspire a shift toward receiving external signals rather than relying solely on outward-radiating perception; Feiyuan investigates ways for Spiritual Power to capture unknown cosmic rays and fluctuations 650 652. By Chapter 659, experiments involving Ling Baihua and five others have produced a workable, though not yet mature, method for breaking Spiritual Power limits without major side effects 659.

Later Applications

• Superpower education: Ashan teaches that Spiritual Power obeys universal laws and can produce psychokinesis, hypnosis, mind reading, and perception techniques when the corresponding methods are found 943.
