"Report!" Uchiha Inaho suddenly knocked on the office door and walked in.
"A large number of villagers have suddenly gathered at the entrance of the Military Police Force. They've blocked the gate and are demanding that we release the prisoners," Uchiha Inaho said.
"What?" Uchiha Tieyou, a veteran jonin of the clan with a notoriously fiery temper and formerly a core member of the Radical Faction at clan meetings, slammed his hand on the table. "How dare they! Do they think our Military Police Force is made of clay?"
"Captain Tieyou, calm down," Uchiha Toko said. Then he looked at Uchiha Inaho. "What's the situation now?"

"Understood!" the six captains in the office answered with nods.
Then, Uchiha Toko and Uchiha Fugaku headed toward the entrance of the Military Police Force together.
Just as the two were about to arrive, Shisui hurried over and stopped them.
"Captain, Vice-Captain." Shisui saluted them.
"Shisui, if there's nothing else, step aside. Can't you see the situation is urgent?" Seeing Shisui blocking their way, Uchiha Fugaku's face darkened as he reprimanded him.
"Captain, Vice-Captain, let me negotiate with the villagers," Shisui said. "If the conflict escalates any further, the entire situation will spiral out of control."
"This isn't something you should be handling," Uchiha Fugaku said grimly.
"It's fine, Captain Fugaku.
