After Uchiha Toko gave the order, everyone except those left at the prison and at the entrance of the Military Police Force to maintain order rushed to the Military Police Force's conference room.
Uchiha Toko stood at the podium with a grim expression. After slamming the table twice, he finally said, "It seems the foreign forces behind this incident cannot be underestimated! They actually dared to incite villagers to violently resist the Military Police Force's law enforcement! These are no ordinary villagers!"
"Captain! Give the order!" shouted a Commoner Ninja below, whose face had just been pelted with rotten eggs during the standoff. "There are several ninjas among those villagers gathering illegally! They aren't wearing Forehead Protectors, but the way they threw things was clearly Shuriken technique!"
"What? Ninjas joined them too?" Uchiha Toko roared. "Those ill-intentioned foreign forces have actually gone this far? It seems the Military Police Force has no choice but to act today! For the purity of the village's Will of Fire! We must crush their conspiracy with thunderous force!"
"First, Second, and Fourth Divisions!" Uchiha Toko began calling names.
"Present!" All members of the divisions he called stood up.
"To prevent them from inciting more villagers, your three divisions will issue a curfew throughout the village tonight! No villager is permitted to leave their residence. Anyone who violates this order will be treated as a rioter!"
"Loy! Al!" Under the lead of their respective captains, the members of the three divisions raised their hands in salute.
"Third and Fifth Divisions! I want you to suppress the rioters gathered outside the Military Police Force headquarters as quickly as possible!"
"Loy! Al!" The members of the Third and Fifth Divisions likewise stood and raised their hands.
"Sixth Division, remain at the Military Police Force and await orders."
