"What should I do next?"

Beside the Hokage Building, Boruto fell into deep thought.

Calling it a mission was an exaggeration. Sasuke had merely sent him to deliver a message to Minato Namikaze, and it had been completed quickly.

"How about going to see Mom in this world?"

An idea suddenly struck Boruto.

He had seen Naruto as a child, but he had not seen Hinata as a child yet.

Then, because he tried to sneak into the courtyard of the Hyuga Clan head, he was captured by Hyuga ninja.

"What are you up to, brat?!"

the Hyuga ninja demanded sternly.

"I'm Hinata Hyuga's friend. I came to play with her."

Boruto explained with complete seriousness.

"What nonsense. Since when has Lady Hinata had friends from outside the clan? I suspect you're a spy after the Hyuga Byakugan."

The Hyuga ninja promptly sent Boruto to the Police Force.

The Police Force ninja looked at the captured Boruto with a complicated expression.

He remembered Boruto had been getting someone released yesterday, yet today he had gotten himself thrown in.

Fortunately, Minato Namikaze had assigned Anbu ninja to secretly follow Boruto in case of emergencies, so Boruto was soon released again.

"The Hyuga Clan in this world is way too rude."

Boruto said indignantly.

He had only wanted to see his mother, yet they had actually arrested him.

After that experience, Boruto understood that seeing his mom would not be easy.

Either he found someone to help him sneak in, or he could only wait for Hinata Hyuga to come out on her own.

Both options were troublesome for Boruto right now, so he could only give up for the time being.

Boruto was not in much of a hurry anyway. Hinata Hyuga was so little that she was not going anywhere.
