"Why does my head feel so heavy?"
As sunlight pierced his eyelids, a fine prickling pain ran across his back. Obito squinted and sat up from the grass.
As he braced himself against the ground, snapped blades of grass made crisp popping sounds. The pungent scent of grass rushed into Obito's nose from all around him.
"What the hell? Wasn't I sleeping at home?"
Obito stared blankly at the utterly empty surroundings.
He did not have a habit of sleepwalking, and even if he had, there was no way he could have sleepwalked this far. Obito could not even see where his house was.
"Forget it. I'll find somewhere to eat first."
Obito rubbed his stomach. Feeling a little hungry, he decided to eat before heading home.
He brushed the dust and grass from his clothes, looked around, and realized this was a small park he had never visited before.
As Obito headed toward the exit, he passed a spot with two swings.
Four children who looked around six or seven years old were gathered there.
One of them, a child with dazzling blond hair, caught Obito's attention.
"Haha! I, Naruto Uzumaki, am the King of Pranks! Do you want to learn how to pull pranks from me? If you beg me, I'll reluctantly teach you."
Naruto Uzumaki stood on a swing with his hands on his hips, laughing loudly.
One of the children said with a speechless expression, "Who would want to learn that? You'll just get scolded."
A taller, thinner child looked up at the sky and said, "Let's go. Our families will worry if we don't head home soon."
The other two children nodded in agreement and turned to leave with the taller child.
"You'll regret not learning Naruto Uzumaki's skills!"
Naruto Uzumaki continued shouting.
Yet none
