Starting on the 29th, monthly tickets were worth double. As someone who, on average, posted one standalone chapter a year asking for votes, it wasn't too much to ask for some, right? Monthly tickets, recommendation tickets—anything would do.
While I was at it, let me say something about updates.
This month had honestly been more diligent than before. Chapters averaged five or six thousand characters each. Lately, the damp toxin in my body had flared up, leaving me covered in bumps and itching so badly I wanted to carve them out. Every time, I hurried to write whenever the itching stopped. Once I got into the zone, I might forget the itch. Five or six thousand characters took four hours of pure typing time—truly more miserable than Core Formation.
And while I was at it, a word about the plot. Entering the Sea of Thoughts again had been decided long ago. I'd seen quite a few big shots predict it already.
One entry would be near the ending, and one at the beginning.
As for Emperor Ying's true body, if he were simply trapped there until death, and then when Qin Yang became a giant shot and looked back on it, came over and blasted him to death with a fart—or never bothered with him again—wouldn't that become a botched ending? I'd get flamed to death.
A beginning and an ending, to satisfy the obsessive-compulsive tendencies.
And once again, please cast a vote. Don't let me end up at 101 again at the end of the month—I'd be driven to death. I'm not asking for much; getting into the top hundred would be enough.
My heartfelt thanks.
