Li Fan led a thousand Postnatal Deities gathered from the major factions and neutral forces to the Ziwei Star Domain and Taiyin Star Domain.

After Li Fan set up the framework, the deities used the major stars of the Zhou Tian Stars as transfer stations, traveling to the auxiliary stars to expand the Star Gates.
