Although Kevin's Intelligence had reached 24 (+6), with all his evolution points added to his mental attributes in an extreme fashion, being "smart" did not mean being all-knowing or all-powerful.
More specifically, Intelligence encompassed language, memory, analysis, aesthetics, social skills, logic, psychology, spatial perception, and many other areas.
High Intelligence only meant that one's mind was highly active. It did not mean
