Zeus's sudden rise in power made He-El somewhat wary.
It was not that Zeus had grown strong enough to threaten He-El. Rather, Zeus's abnormal surge in strength was strange. He had originally only been able to fight three or four Olympus chief gods, yet after merely a century of imprisonment, once released, he could directly take on ten at once.
Zeus himself was unimportant. What mattered was that he might have received someone's help to make such tremendous progress in only a hundred years.
"What are the Guardians of the Universe doing?" He-El asked as he and Athena flew upward along the massive vine connecting to the Divine Realm.
Zeus's power had leapt to the very peak among New Krypton's stellar-level powerhouses.
Among New Krypton's stellar-level powerhouses, the Guardians of the Universe were the strongest. Yet even at their strongest, they could at most fight six or seven alone, nowhere near the level of one against ten.
The current Zeus could be said to stand alone as the strongest beneath He-El.
New Krypton was not incapable of dealing with Zeus's strength.
But if Zeus used that power to open the Antimatter Universe, it would be far too troublesome.
Neither the Guardians of the Universe nor He-El wanted the Antimatter Universe to be opened.
"The Guardians of the Universe are handling a Level Seven dangerous incident involving the Controllers. After persuading and suppressing the Controllers, they did not find the Controllers' ultimate weapon within their galaxy. The Guardians fear that the Controllers may refuse New Krypton's rule and use their ultimate weapon to harm the universe, so they are currently searching for it.
"It is rumored to be a powerful weapon created by the Controllers to rival the combined Seven Lantern Corps, one capable of prying at the laws of the
