Standing amidst the starry sky of the He-El Universe, He-El issued his orders to Lucy.
There were not many operating principles from the Lucy Universe within the He-El Universe. After He-El had unlocked 100% of his brain potential in the Lucy Universe, he had used certain techniques to glimpse some of its operating principles, but that was not enough—not enough to dispel the Lucy Universe's wariness toward outsiders.
