In other words, as long as one entered the universe on the other side of a Traversal Vortex and operated correctly, one could see that universe's operating logic.
As for what counted as the correct operation?
That depended on the conditions of the universe on the other side. Every universe required different methods.
He-El extended all ten fingers. Drops of blood emerged from his fingertips, swelling wildly as they absorbed energy from the void. The absorbed energy formed a thousand black holes within the void.
