He-El returned to the He-El Universe.

Mandrak of the Monitors, whom Doctor Manhattan had mentioned, was merging Parallel Universes in an attempt to find him. He-El was not afraid, however. He could sense the danger of the Parallel Universes merging, and he was preparing to face Mandrak of the Monitors once the merger was complete.

He-El was not worried about the true bodies of the many gods in God's Domain either. Though powerful, they had been unable to cross the Speed Force Wall. Moreover, New Krypton had their avatars—the Divine Avatars of the Olympian Pantheon. They all longed for He-El to lead them into becoming living beings with independent free will. Of all his enemies, He-El understood them the best, so he was not worried about them.

Though the mysterious existence within Zeus was powerful, and He-El had no way to deal with it for the time being, simply having a confirmed target did not leave him overly concerned.

The only one He-El truly worried about was the handsome man in a black suit who had replaced Trigon within Raven's seal. He was mysterious, impossible to locate, and made He-El wary. There was no telling when or where he might suddenly appear.

New Krypton had made many major moves, yet failed to draw him out, giving He-El an ominous premonition about him.

There was nothing to be done if he could not be found.
