Superman Clark Kent pulled Green Lantern Hal Jordan and Batman Bruce Wayne toward Earth.
Green Lantern Hal Jordan was utterly confused and could not help asking, "What happened? You suddenly appeared, suddenly dealt with Superman, and you... you are not the Superman we know."
Batman Bruce Wayne stared deeply at Superman Clark Kent.
Superman Clark Kent used his bioelectric aura to envelop Green Lantern Hal Jordan and Batman Bruce Wayne as he hurried toward Earth.
"It's complicated, but I can tell you this: the universe has begun to change. Universes are merging with one another. Right now, your universe is merging into mine. It wasn't that He-El and I suddenly appeared in your universe—it was that you appeared in mine." Superman Clark Kent brought the two of them to Earth, only to be stopped by the Earth Defense Barrier. He shouted into Earth:
"Guardians of the Universe, please open Earth. The sun from the other universe has already been dealt with."
Superman Clark Kent shouted rapidly and verified his identity through the New Krypton Empire Proton ID Card in his body. The people controlling the Earth Defense Barrier had already seen that His Majesty had dealt with the sun, so as soon as Superman Clark Kent finished shouting, they withdrew the Earth Defense Barrier.
Before Green Lantern Hal Jordan could speak, he saw that Earth was completely unlike the environment he knew. Gotham was no longer the city of sin perpetually shrouded beneath heavy clouds.
The current Gotham was neat and orderly, filled with high-tech skyscrapers. It was bright, with a stark, metallic sci-fi style.
"This isn't our Earth!" Batman Bruce Wayne exclaimed in shock.
Neither the Gotham nor Metropolis he knew looked like this.
"I told you, this isn't your universe. Let's move first. Go stop the people and
