New Krypton had begun gradually withdrawing from the New Krypton Universe.
Ciri, Hela, Savitar, Reverse-Flash, Aizen Sousuke, and the others brought over from other universes at the outset were the first group to enter the He-El Universe.
When the parallel universes first began merging, He-El discovered that these visitors from other universes were incompatible with the New Krypton Universe. He could only have them withdraw into the He-El Universe ahead of everyone else and turn their efforts toward developing it.
The second group was the Mechanical Clan, which Zero led into the He-El Universe. The Zero avatar currently in the New Krypton Universe was merely a device she had left behind to perform large-scale quantum computing, nowhere near as powerful as Zero herself.
The third group consisted of the Olympian Pantheon, who had relinquished their divine authority, along with Izaya and the others.
They had made good progress since entering the He-El Universe. The Pacific Rim universe that Ciri had been working on had already been conquered. She was now using it for biological research, and her examination of the underlying logic governing that universe was nearly complete.
Zero had also begun her conquest of the Transformers universe.
The Transformers universe was unlike the Pacific Rim universe. The latter had already been all but wrecked by Jor-El, the psychic avatar He-El had created earlier, so Ciri had encountered little difficulty. With Doctor Manhattan's subsequent assistance, she had resolved the problems in the Pacific Rim universe.
The conquest of the Transformers universe, however, was entirely Zero's responsibility. She had also detected the existence of parallel universes within it and was frantically mass-producing troops without pause. Conquering the Transformers universe completely would be no easy task; it was expected to be an extremely long campaign.
