"Once you have chosen your physical genetic systems, go conquer the Chronicle Universe and the Jumper Universe. Ares, Izaya, Apollo, Artemis—the Chronicle Universe and the Jumper Universe will serve as pilot projects among ordinary universes. Give full rein to your enthusiasm."
The Chronicle Universe and the Jumper Universe were both three-dimensional material universes with biological superpowers. They were fairly ordinary three-dimensional material universes, nothing particularly special about them. They were perfect as pilot projects for He-El Universe's future management of the myriad worlds. Ares, Izaya, Apollo, Artemis, and the others would work together and see how far they could go in conquering and governing those two universes.
Of course, if the four of them entered and immediately began fighting over power and profit, lacking vision and seeing only the authority of one or two universes before them, then there would be no need for them to participate in more decision-making in the future.
"Yes, Your Majesty!" Ares, Izaya, Apollo, and Artemis grew excited. They half-knelt before He-El and loudly accepted his orders.
This was not merely a pilot experiment involving two universes; it was also a test for them. Ares, Izaya, Apollo, and Artemis understood that they had to handle it beautifully, perfectly.
If they performed only passably or muddled through it, He-El would not say anything. But they would certainly have no share in important positions of power in the future.
It was not only them; the rest of Olympus understood it as well.
Within He-El Universe, if they wanted to rise further and obtain power and authority, they had to continue earning merits.
He-El had already fulfilled the promises he made to them in the DC Universe. In fact, they had gotten an enormous bargain.
