The blazing sunlight scorched the land. Dressed in a black suit, He-El turned to look at the Justice League's Hall of Justice.
The clear glass exterior reflected dazzling light. Crowds streamed through the Hall of Justice: tour groups came to check in, while staff behind various Justice League and superhero displays busied themselves with charity work.
"Look, you're really lucky today. See that? That's the Batmobile of Batman, one of the Justice League's Big Seven!" A tour guide pointed at the Batmobile in the distance, excitedly leading the group toward it.
The tourists eagerly took out their phones to snap pictures.

Although it had become the secondary base, it still contained the world's most advanced technological laboratories, as well as a vital villain morgue. The bodies of villains eliminated by the League were preserved here to prevent them from being exploited by evildoers.
