The moment the communication link connected, the Watchtower's main hall fell so silent that they could have heard a pin drop.
"Who are you? Why have you come to Earth? What happened to Superman and Green Lantern?" Wonder Woman asked first, cutting straight to the point.
"I am He-El, an elder of Kal-El's and a friend of his father. As for why I came to Earth..." He-El paused in thought in the saucer-shaped ship's command room.
Should I continue conquering this Source Universe?
Name this Source Universe the New Krypton Universe?
Repeating that process was entirely unnecessary for He-El.
What he needed to do was focus his main efforts on the He-El Universe.
As for the Source Universe within the DC Universe, he could investigate its underlying cosmic operational logic, but there was no need to concentrate his main efforts here.
He-El believed that if he developed the He-El Universe and then used it to extend his influence into the Source Universe of the DC Universe, that Source Universe would ultimately fall into his hands as well.
So that invisible intruder was him! Superman's elder. Hearing He-El speak, Batman felt a little more certain.
If there was only one enemy, things would be simple.
If they were different enemies, however, having someone with a Kryptonian's powers hiding among Earth's humans would be a serious problem.
In the Watchtower, Steel Bone, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Batman, and Aquaman held their breath, listening intently to He-El's composed voice.
"I came to Earth to find somewhere to live," He-El said calmly.
If possible, He-El would rather not fight the Justice League again. After all, to some extent, they represented the Source Universe's cosmic operational logic.
Even if he defeated them, their very nature as cosmic operational logic would eventually lead them to pull
