Two years old.
After trying thousands of varieties of grass, herbs, trees, and other plants, He-El identified the properties of all kinds of vegetation. He used an herb he had named Paralysis Grass, stuffing the fish he caught full of it and tossing them outside the cave of a six-meter-tall Black Bear. He-El felt his body developing at high speed. During his daily hunts, he began deeply researching the cultivation of Ki.
Four years old.
After a full year of research, He-El followed the laws of this Dragon Ball universe and developed the Mimetic Animal Breathing Technique. The Bear Breathing Technique gave its practitioner the thick hide, sturdy flesh, and immense strength of a bear.
The Eagle Breathing Technique gave its practitioner an eagle's sharp vision, streamlined physique, and graceful contours. He-El vaguely sensed that if the Eagle Breathing Technique were cultivated to a certain level, one could directly ride the wind and fly.

Otherwise, why had he developed a breathing technique that only enhanced bite force?
Then there was the Tiger Breathing Technique, which turned people into tigers and tigers into people, leaving He-El even more baffled.
That had not been his intention, but... why were all the breathing techniques he developed, aside from the initially normal Eagle Breathing Technique and Bear Breathing Technique, mutating into such bizarre forms?
"There's nothing wrong with this."
Four-year-old He-El scratched
