"First, you need to wash yourself clean!" Bulma frowned in disgust, pinching her nose as though He-El were far too filthy and smelly for her to bear.
In truth, though He-El looked dirty and unkempt, he did not smell bad. At most, he carried the fresh scent of earth, even a hint of nature itself.
Still, He-El knew that his appearance, left unattended for twelve years, was hard for girls like Bulma to adapt to.

"I'll get you some shampoo and body wash from the house later. It's late now, time to bathe and sleep.
