West City was an ultra-prosperous modern metropolis. Magnetic levitation vehicles streamed endlessly along its broad avenues, traffic flowed ceaselessly, towering buildings rose everywhere, and distinctive billboards filled the cityscape with a dazzling array of modern sights.
Especially with all kinds of animal-type humans, monster-type humans, and ordinary humanoid humans living together, He-El felt as though people and animals had naturally merged.
